1. Overview

2. Enrollment

4. Qualified Sales

5. Promotional Materials

7. Tracking and Reporting
7.1. HSJTherapy.com will track qualified sales through the unique affiliate links and provide Affiliates with access to real-time reporting on sales and commission earned.
8. Termination
8.1. Either party may terminate the Affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
8.2. In the event of termination, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
9. Modification
9.1. HSJTherapy.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Program, these Affiliate Terms and Conditions, or any aspect of the program at any time without prior notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. HSJTherapy.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Affiliate Program.
11. Governing Law
11.1. These Affiliate Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
